How is this different from other business coaching?

This is a diagnostic session specifically. Most coaches ask you reflective questions or teach you frameworks. I map your business systems and identify the specific break point preventing growth. You get a diagnostic report and action plan, not ongoing accountability calls. Think of it like getting an MRI instead of a therapy session. Both are valuable, but they serve different purposes. I do offer business coaching if that is of interest to you, but that is separate. 

I've tried EOS/Traction and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Frameworks like EOS are excellent if you implement them at the right time on the right problem. Most business owners apply frameworks before knowing what's really broken. It's like putting a cast on before figuring out which bone is broken.
